What to Expect at Your First Class at Glute Studio
By Jill Johnson-Dim, Founder & CEO of Glute Studio

Walking into a new gym can feel intimidating. Many of our members told us they almost did not come in. Today they cannot imagine their week without us. Here is what your first visit looks like, so you can walk in feeling ready.
Start with your complimentary orientation
Before your first class, you will book a complimentary orientation. You will tour the studio, meet your coaches, talk about your goals, and find the membership that fits your life. No pressure, just a warm welcome.
What to wear and bring
Wear comfortable workout clothes and athletic shoes. Bring water, and grip socks if you are taking Mat Pilates. Plan to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early so we can get you settled.
How a class flows
Every Strength & Sculpt class follows our G.L.U.T.E. Method. You will warm up and activate your glutes, move into strength work with machines, dumbbells, and bands, and finish with conditioning. Classes are small, so your coach can guide you the whole way.
Every move is scaled to you
Never lifted before? Perfect. Your coach will show you each exercise, help with your form, and adjust the weight for your level. You will never be left guessing.
After class
Cool down with a chilled eucalyptus towel, grab some filtered water, and take a breath. You did it. Most women leave their first class feeling proud, a little sore, and already planning their next visit.
